A friend of mine is helping to host a bridal shower for her son's fiancee. As a result, I cut out 96 purses using For Always paper with the Cricut Artiste cartridge. At 4.5 inches you can get 2 to a sheet. But I still had pieces of paper left that looked usable. So I cut the scrap into 2 inch squares and viola! My own B&T design! I also did a page using the zip strips and half inch strips of the black B&T. The purse shown is one that I glued together but will be "blinged" up by my friend, including a Lagoon colored pocket.
This Blog is dedicated to CTMH paper crafting and my own custom scrapbook business.

Close to My Heart offers the Canvas Art Kit as a Home Decor Workshop on the Go. The kit comes with the canvas on the right and all the embellishments you see, plus a few more I didn't use. One exception is the smaller Cocoa frame I made on Cricut on the left canvas. The left canvas was purchased at the local craft store for under $10. I used the Cashmere re-inker and Cermacoat paint for the stripes.
During the month of July you can get the WOTG kit for 50% off the regular price of $39.95. The set includes all of the above (minus the one canvas) and a C-size stamp set.

This layout was inspired by a Christmas layout in the last Fall/Winter Idea book. See, you just need to think outside the box a little. ;) Strips of 1 inch paper for the top and bottom of the pages, blocks under that and 41/2x12 across the bottom half. I am always finding stickers, paper and other camping embellishments that I love. I'll probably never camp enough to use everything I have!

This is the layout we made at Club using Claire paper. We made the flowers with the Girls Rock stamp set using the rock n roll method to get the three ink colors. Blush, Hollyhock, and Sunset. The journaling spot was stamped in Hollyhock with the Frame Flair stamp set. the Hollyhock zipper lace and Outdoor Denim Chevron ribbon add a little soft touch to the layout.
