Get Well Card

This card was made with the Artfully Sent Cricut cartridge. I used Whisper and Lagoon cardstock and a bit of Heartstrings. The glittery Junebug puffies were just the thing for the raindrops and flowers. (though I will say that they did not stick well at all! I had to add glue to all of them.) The flowers on the right are the negative of the sheet on the left. The sparkles were clear and I colored them with a ShinHan marker to make them the same color as the Heartstrings paper. I love doing that!

A Little More Christmas

This is the layout we did at Club using Yuletide Carol. The frames come from the Artfully Sent cartridge and accompanying stamp sets. The holly was stamped with the Sing Glory hostess stamp set. We edged the lighter colored papers with either New England Ivy or Ruby inks. For bling we added gold sequins and red glitter gems. I used some old red glitter gel on the ivy. The banner sentiment was cut with the Artfully Sent cartridge. The little squares are from the My Crush Holiday Happenings Assortment.
The layout idea comes from Cherish- Balanced Blocks.

Artfully Sent

I made this card using the Fabulous new Cricut cartridge, Artfully Sent. (It was a Christmas present!) The Cricut cuts out all the intricate cuts and I just had to stick them together and embellish with some sparkles and Teal Glitter trim tape. I look forward to some show-stopping cards for many occasions to come. :)

Another Snowhaven Layout

When the girls' scrapbook club chose to use the Snowhaven paper I inwardly groaned. I had done a double layout with my ladies and wasn't sure I had another layout in me. But I am pleased with how this turned out. And it gave me a good excuse to use the adorable Polar Bear Holiday stamp set. The snowflakes were made with two Martha Stewart punches. I know, gasp! (not CTMH) but the girls love using punches. I also embellished with some older CTMH buttons and waxy flax. A little Washi tape and you're good to go.
